FAQs

How is this different from traditional therapy or dating coaching?
As a coach, I approach relationship transformation differently than therapy or traditional dating coaching. While therapy provides valuable insights and healing for past trauma (which I highly recommend when needed), my coaching work focuses specifically on present patterns and future-oriented change through embodied practices. I am not a therapist and do not provide therapy. Traditional dating coaching often emphasizes external strategies and techniques, whereas my approach addresses the internal alignment needed for those strategies to work effectively. My integrative coaching combines somatic practices, practical tools, and a forward-focused framework to create lasting transformation in how you experience relationships.
How long does it take to see results?
While each woman’s journey is unique, most clients begin experiencing shifts in their patterns and a new sense of possibility within the first month of our work together. Deeper transformation and the embodiment of new patterns typically emerge over 3-6 months of consistent practice and integration.
I've tried everything—how do I know this will work for me?
If you’ve tried various approaches without lasting change, it may be because they addressed only part of the picture. My methodology works with your whole system—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—to create alignment between your conscious desires and subconscious patterns. The integration of somatic practices, attachment theory, and nervous system regulation creates transformation at a deeper level than cognitive approaches alone.
Do I need to be dating while working with you?
Not necessarily. Many women find it beneficial to focus on their inner work before actively dating, while others choose to date mindfully throughout our work together. We’ll create an approach that honors your unique needs and readiness.
I'm afraid to hope for love again. How do you address this?
Fear of disappointment is common and valid. Our work together honors this fear while gently expanding your capacity for hope and vulnerability. By creating safety in your nervous system and healing past disappointments, you’ll develop the resilience to remain open to love even with its inherent uncertainties.
